5. Order Cancellations & Deliveries

As per our store policy, your order may be canceled without prior intimation in the case of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address or phone number.

  • The premises of the given address being locked.

  • The intended recipient being unavailable or non-responsive to confirmation calls.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team will contact you via telephone to confirm your order prior to dispatch. If we are unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the order will be automatically canceled.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
